My work is about journeys; those that I take and the journey that the artwork has been on in my studio. They are abstract representations of  lived experiences, dreams and beliefs. The textures, colors and structures of each environment dictate the development of my artwork which is always influenced by my architectural training. The colors, shapes and lines are born from places and objects, broken down and transformed into something new. My goal is for a story to unfold through layered abstractions.
